Wait Time Policy (Excludes Hourly Services)
- Clients are granted grace periods specific to the pick-up location: 30 minutes for domestic flights and cruise terminals, 60 minutes for international flights, and 15 minutes for all other locations. Charges apply post-grace period, contingent upon receiving correct flight and airline information for airport pickups.
- Beyond this, wait time charges apply by the minute and according to the vehicle type: $.95 sedan, $1.00 sedan/suv, $1.25 suv, $1.45 platinum sedan, $1.75 platinum suv, $4.50 executive sprinter, $2.75 sprinter limo, $2.75 sprinter coach, $4.25 stretch limo, $3.75 20-22pax party bus, $4.75 26-30pax party bus, $5.25 37pax executive coach.
- Train schedule pickups are billed from the designated pick-up time, as train schedules cannot be monitored.
Hourly Rates
- Charges are based on the duration from client pick-up to final drop-off.
Cancellation Policy
- Round trips require cancellation as two separate bookings.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up incur charges equal to the trip cost.
Hourly Service Cancellation
- Must be canceled no later than seven days prior for a deposit refund.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the service are non-refundable.
- Chargebacks are governed by these terms.
Gratuities
- Drivers receive 100% of gratuities, which can be paid via credit card or cash directly to the driver.
Payment Methods
- Accepted payments include cash and major credit cards (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, Discover).
Fees and Surcharges
- No-Show: Full charge plus wait time fees, non-refundable.
- Early Morning Fee: $20 for services between 12:00 am to 5:00 am.
- Tolls: Charged at cost. Round- trip tolls apply.
- Airport Fees: $6.25 for pickups, $3.25 for drop-offs.
- Extra Stops: $25 each, not applicable to hourly services.
- Holiday Surcharge: $35 on Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
- Greeter Service: $40 for third-party greeter service.
- Car Seats: $10 per seat (forward-facing, rear-facing, booster).
- Rescheduling Fee: $25 for changes made 4 hours or less before service.
- Cleaning and Damage: Clients bear costs for any damages or cleaning necessitated by their party’s actions.
Rights Reserved
- ASL Limo may terminate service for any unruly or abusive passengers without refund. The booking party (The Hirer) is responsible for all passenger conduct. Alcohol consumption by anyone under 21, misuse of the sunroof or emergency exits, or exceeding vehicle capacity will result in immediate service termination without refund. ASL Limo maintains the right to expel individuals or end contracts for breaches of these terms.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
ASL Limo endeavors to provide a reliable, safe, and comfortable service to all its clients. However, the company acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances and events outside of its control may occur. The following outlines ASL Limo's limit of liability:
1. Service Delays or Failures: ASL Limo shall not be liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, acts of nature, road conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical failure, or disruptions caused by strikes, riots, or civil unrest. In such events, ASL Limo will make reasonable efforts to notify the client and provide alternative arrangements when possible.
2. Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. ASL Limo is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten items within or during transit from the vehicle. Clients are encouraged to ensure they have all their belongings before leaving the vehicle.
3. Third-Party Services: For services facilitated by ASL Limo but carried out by third parties, including greeter services or partnerships with other companies, ASL Limo's liability is limited to the selection and appointment of these third parties. ASL Limo is not liable for the direct actions or omissions of any third-party service providers.
4. Indirect or Consequential Damages: ASL Limo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with its services, including but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the client or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if ASL Limo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Maximum Liability: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, ASL Limo's maximum aggregate liability to any client for any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of its services shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by the client to ASL Limo for the services under the contract in question.
6. Claims Procedure: Any claims or disputes arising out of ASL Limo’s services must be reported to ASL Limo within 30 days of the service date. ASL Limo is committed to addressing and resolving such matters promptly and fairly.
This Limit of Liability section does not affect the client's statutory rights as a consumer. Clients are encouraged to maintain personal insurance policies that can provide coverage for significant losses or damages during travel.
