Terms & Conditions
Wait Time Policy (Excludes Hourly Services)
ASL Limo provides a grace period based on the pickup location. Charges begin once the grace period ends and are billed per minute based on the reserved vehicle type. To ensure grace periods are honored, clients must provide complete and accurate flight information in advance for airport pickups. Please note that train schedules cannot be monitored; therefore, wait time for train station pickups begins at the scheduled pickup time.
Grace Periods:
- 30 minutes for domestic flights and cruise terminal pickups
- 60 minutes for international flights
- 15 minutes for all other locations
Hourly Rates
Hourly service is billed from the time of initial pickup to the time of final drop-off.
Cancellation Policy
- All round-trip services are treated as separate bookings and must be canceled accordingly.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged the full trip cost.
- All chargeback requests are governed by the terms outlined in this policy.
For services totaling over $500, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled service date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within seven days are non-refundable. These terms also apply to any chargeback disputes.
Payment Methods
ASL Limo accepts all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Cash is also accepted. Chauffeurs receive 100% of all gratuities. Tips may be added to the reservation via credit card or provided in cash directly to the chauffeur.
Fees and Surcharges
- No-Show: Full trip charge plus any applicable wait time fees; non-refundable
- Early Morning Fee: $20 for services scheduled between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM
- Tolls: Charged at cost; round-trip tolls apply
- Airport Fees: $6.25 for pickups, $3.25 for drop-offs
- Extra Stops: Starting at $15 (not applicable to hourly services)
- Holiday Surcharge: $35 on Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
- Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
- Greeter Service: $55 for third-party meet-and-greet service
- Car Seats: $10 each for forward-facing, rear-facing, or booster seats
- Rescheduling Fee: $25 for changes made within four hours of the scheduled pickup time
- Cleaning or Damage: Clients are responsible for the cost of any cleaning or damage caused by their party
Rights Reserved
ASL Limo reserves the right to terminate service without refund if any passenger engages in unruly, unsafe, or abusive behavior. The booking party is responsible for the conduct of all passengers. Service will be terminated immediately and without refund for underage alcohol consumption, misuse of emergency exits or the sunroof, or exceeding vehicle capacity.
ASL Limo reserves the right to remove individuals or end service at its sole discretion in the event of a violation of these terms.
Limit of Liability
By booking services with ASL Limo, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Limit of Liability policy. ASL Limo is committed to delivering reliable, safe, and professional transportation services. However, unforeseen events may occur. The following terms define ASL Limo’s limits of liability.
ASL Limo shall not be held liable for service delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, inclement weather, road closures, mechanical issues, traffic conditions, accidents, or public disturbances such as strikes or protests. In such cases, ASL Limo will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client and provide alternative arrangements when possible.
Clients are solely responsible for their personal belongings. ASL Limo is not liable for any items lost, damaged, stolen, or left behind in the vehicle. Clients should check for their belongings before exiting the vehicle.
For services coordinated through third-party providers, such as greeter services or affiliate transportation companies, ASL Limo’s liability is limited to the selection and coordination of the third party. We are not responsible for their actions or omissions.
ASL Limo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost income, missed flights or connections, or other expenses resulting from delays or service failures, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
All claims or disputes related to our services must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the service date. ASL Limo is committed to reviewing such claims promptly and fairly. This Limit of Liability policy does not affect the statutory rights of consumers under applicable law. Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain personal travel insurance for added protection.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from services provided by ASL Limo shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Massachusetts.
