Weekends and holidays are among Encore’s busiest times, so it’s worth checking Encore’s driving directions before leaving. The Porte Cochère serves as the main entrance and valet area, while the East Lobby has a separate rideshare drop-off for casino guests 21 and older. We confirm the appropriate meeting point before your trip.

If friends are already inside, agree on which exit to use before meeting up. A resort this size has several exits, and naming the right one saves a long walk. The waterfront is also worth exploring before heading inside, especially as the evenings get darker earlier. There’s more to an evening at Encore Boston Harbor than the casino floor.

Coming In by Air with Luggage

Boston Logan International Airport is about five miles from Encore, making it the closest airport for passengers flying into Boston on commercial flights. Those arriving by private aircraft can use Hanscom Field in Bedford. The meeting point differs between the two.

In light traffic, the drive from Logan is short, but rush hour and Alford Street drawbridge openings can add time. We track incoming flights and adjust the meeting time if your plane lands early or late. We offer 30 minutes of free wait time for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international ones. Your chauffeur meets you at the designated airport location, then takes you directly to Encore.

If you have a room at Encore, the trip doesn’t end when you reach One Broadway. You may have suitcases to unload, a check-in to complete, or dinner reservations later that evening. We match the vehicle to the number of passengers and their luggage, so everyone and their bags fit. If you’re flying home after your visit, we can set up the return transfer from the hotel as well.

From Casino Nights to Ballroom Events

Not all visitors come to Encore for the same reason. Some have dinner reservations, others attend a conference, and plenty come for the casino. Visits differ in departure times and passenger counts.

• Encore’s indoor event space includes a 37,000-square-foot ballroom, and conferences there mean different departure times, from a presenter due early to colleagues at an evening reception. We can bring attendees together based on hotel locations and the event agenda.
• Wedding weekends can mean several people leaving from different hotels. The couple may leave separately from relatives, so we can arrange separate vehicles for the couple and their relatives, with departures based on the ceremony and reception times.

From Dinner for Two to Fourteen at the Same Door

A dinner reservation for two and a company event with fourteen people have very little in common, except the destination. Here’s how the passenger list changes what we send.

• A couple heading to Encore for dinner might want the trip home settled in advance. If they’re checking into the hotel afterward, a few overnight bags may be coming along too. • Four friends flying into Logan for a weekend at Encore have more to bring than themselves. Between suitcases, overnight bags, and whatever gets purchased along the way, luggage space matters. Our Cadillac Escalade seats up to five passengers and fits five bags, so you can all head straight to the resort together.
• When fourteen colleagues attend a conference or private dinner at Encore, the first challenge is getting all of them to the same entrance at the right time. Instead of splitting into several cars, the whole party can ride together in our Sprinter Coach, which seats fourteen and has room for overnight luggage.
